Fascial Manipulation

Stecco Fascial Manipulation® is one of the most effective and well-researched methods for treating problems related to fascia—the connective tissue that supports your muscles, organs, and joints. This hands-on therapy looks at how your body moves as a whole and identifies areas of tightness or imbalance. By treating the root cause of pain (not just the symptoms), it can help restore normal movement, ease pain, and improve your overall function.

It’s an effective treatment for those seeking lasting relief beyond traditional therapy.

Dry Needling

Dry Needling is a skilled technique that uses very thin, sterile needles to release tight muscle bands, known as trigger points, that may be causing pain or restricting movement. It helps reduce muscle tension, improve blood flow, and promote healing in both acute and chronic conditions. This treatment is especially effective for reducing pain, restoring mobility, and enhancing physical therapy outcomes.

Patient Education

At AllConnected Physical Therapy, we believe healing is not just about parts and problems—it's about understanding how the whole body works together. We use advanced manual therapy approaches like Fascial Manipulation®, along with exercise prescription and movement coaching, to treat the root cause of your symptoms—not just the site of pain. You’ll receive movement or mobility guidance tailored to your needs.

Your Role in Healing

Your active participation is key. We guide you with tools, knowledge, and support—but you make healing happen by showing up, moving, and being open to change. We’re here to help you reconnect with your body and take control of your health journey.

Evolving Together Through Connection and Care

At AllConnected Physical Therapy, we believe healing begins with growth—not just physical, but philosophical. Always learning, we’ve reshaped our approach over the years, letting go of outdated models to build something more holistic and effective. Ralph Waldo Emerson captured this journey perfectly:
“Not in his goals but in his transitions man is great.”

Humanity thrives when we grow together, not apart. The body, like our shared experience, is deeply interconnected—and so is the path to recovery. That’s why we specialize in Fascial Manipulation, an evidence-based method that looks beyond isolated symptoms to identify and treat the root causes of pain and dysfunction.

At AllConnected, we don’t just treat symptoms—we embrace the bigger picture. Because everything is connected.

Joint & Muscle Pain

Fascial Dysfunction as the Hidden Cause

Many cases of joint and muscle pain are rooted in fascial dysfunction—restrictions in the connective tissue layers that disrupt normal biomechanics. When fascia loses its ability to glide and adapt, the result is compensatory movement, tissue overload, and eventually pain or degeneration in seemingly unrelated areas.

At AllConnected Physical Therapy, we focus on addressing the underlying fascial and neuromuscular imbalances that often drive chronic or recurring musculoskeletal problems.

Common Areas Affected:

Fascial dysfunction can contribute to pain, stiffness, or limited motion in nearly every region of the body, including:

  • Jaw (TMJ)

  • Neck & Cervical Spine

  • Shoulders

  • Elbows, Wrists & Hands

  • Ribcage & Thoracic Spine

  • Low Back & Lumbar Spine

  • Sacroiliac Joint (SIJ)

  • Sciatic-related Pain

  • Hips & Pelvis

  • Knees

  • Ankles & Feet

  • Nerve Entrapment

  • Internal Dysfunction

Why Treat the Fascia?

By targeting the fascial system—rather than just the site of pain—we can often uncover the real driver of dysfunction and provide lasting relief, not just short-term symptom control.

Our treatments combine:

  • Fascial Manipulation-Stecco®

  • Dry Needling

  • Movement analysis and correction

  • Patient-specific education and minimal exercise programming

Find the Root. Treat the Cause. Move Better.

If your pain keeps coming back—or never fully goes away—it’s time to look beyond the joint or muscle and consider the fascial system. We’re here to help.
